Dogs and Sheep

Inurina Solo Exhibition

Main visual for Inurina Solo Exhibition “Dogs and Sheep”

Dogs, sheep,
and slightly mysterious creatures.

Centered on dogs and sheep, the exhibition brings together animals that feel realistic yet strangely endearing.

Though made from hard materials such as stone powder clay and resin, the works carry a sense of softness and warmth.

ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

About “Dogs and Sheep”

Following her first solo exhibition at Gallery SPACE8510-2, the predecessor of Gallery NOOOG, in January 2026, Inurina returns for a second solo exhibition.

This exhibition is themed around dogs and sheep.

Familiar animals take on distinct expressions and personalities in each work. See their individual presence—somewhere between realism and fantasy—in the gallery.

Inurina plans to be present at the gallery throughout the exhibition.

Inurinaイヌリーナ

Born in Sumida, Tokyo. After graduating from a technical junior college, Inurina worked as a programmer in the IT industry. Following time abroad with family and later work in design, she began creating animal sculptures in 2017.

Inspired by caring for an elderly dog and the loss of a beloved pet, she works with materials such as stone powder clay and resin around the theme of the presence of living beings.

Her work expresses creatures that seem to exist between realism and fantasy.
